Chief Operating Officer
John Ayala is Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he is responsible for service delivery to ADP’s clients around the globe. Leading a team focused on providing an integrated approach to payroll, tax, benefits, and HR, John works to help companies of all sizes work smarter and drive their business forward. Organizations under his leadership include Employer Services International, Compliance Solutions, Small Business Services and Human Resources Outsourcing, Major Account Services and ADP Canada, and National Account Services.
Previously, John served as President of Employer Services North America, where he was responsible for driving growth and operational excellence across ADP’s domestic portfolio.
Joining ADP in 2002, John has held multiple senior leadership roles in operations throughout his tenure, including serving as President of ADP Major Account Services and ADP Canada; President of ADP TotalSource®, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO); Corporate Vice President of Client Experience and Continuous Improvement; and President of ADP Small Business Services.
John has also held positions in client service and operations with various companies, including WebEx and Time Warner.
John holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Park University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
