Jimmy Adams

President, National Account Services

Jimmy Adams is President of National Account Services at ADP. In this role, Jimmy leads a global team responsible for products and services that support upmarket and enterprise organizations in managing their people with innovative, AI-driven solutions and powerful insights.

Joining ADP in 2006, Jimmy’s robust combination of product, technical and operational expertise has been instrumental in advancing ADP’s products and solutions. He has worked to understand client needs, accelerate solution design, and bring quality, innovative products to market to address the evolving business landscape.

Prior to his current role, Jimmy served as Chief Product Development Officer, leading ADP’s product development teams around the globe, focused on developing and executing strategies to enhance ADP’s technology offerings to create the best experience for clients. Jimmy oversaw the global rollout of GenAI developer tools, driving continued product innovation.

Previously, Jimmy served as Senior Vice President of HCM Services and later as Senior Vice President of Product Development for National Account Services at ADP, where he created a tight collaboration between service and technology to enhance the client focus of ADP’s product design. Holding numerous senior leadership roles in product and service, Jimmy has spearheaded technical initiatives including ADP’s award-winning Next Gen payroll platform. He additionally led product development for ADP TotalSource, where he guided the R&D team in delivering industry-leading benefits and ACA modules as well as enhanced analytics tools.

Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
