Tracey Thomas, Controller/CPA, Vehicle Logistics Solutions, LLC
With ADP TotalSource our top line and bottom line have both been enhanced. The time savings we get are repurposed to drive sales, and the cost of retaining TotalSource is less than sourcing all of the solutions individually and hiring a manager to oversee it. But one of the biggest benefits of using TotalSource is accessing a benefit plan that allows us, as a small business, to compete with bigger firms for talent.
Vivek Chakrabortty, CEO, The Kavi Group, LLC
Great benefit and HR solution. Not only were we able to find benefits that work for our ever-growing company, TotalSource truly streamlined the payroll process and made on boarding new employees quick and easy.
Diana Cantatore, Compliance Officer, Saber Interactive Inc.
The additional HR and benefits administration support has freed up 25%–35% of my time, allowing me to focus on more strategic initiatives such as HR processes and staff development.
Tony Reid, Director of Human Resources, JMT Consulting
We are a small firm working in multiple states. We needed a number of enterprise-quality features despite being small. TotalSource was the only choice that had that level of maturity.
Chris Thorn, Chief of Program and Partnerships, Partners In School Innovation
I have been an ADP advocate for twenty-plus years. I would not use any other company. The upgrade to TotalSource was the best decision ever.
Michelle Davis, HR Manager, AirMax, LLC
With ADP TotalSource we've reduced our payroll costs, streamlined the process, and reduced the costs of benefits.

Yes, ADP TotalSource has met all the rigorous background, financial and reporting requirements set by the IRS. This certification ensures financial protections and tax benefits to TotalSource clients that users of non-certified PEOs do not necessarily receive. ADP TotalSource helps ensure your federal employment taxes are paid.
TotalSource has pre-built, secure integrations and data connectors with over 300 business software applications and leading payroll, HR and financial systems. ADP can also create a custom API (or integration) if you need data integration with a system we don’t already integrate with.
We make it easy by working with you every step of the way. First, you’ll assign a team member from your end to partner directly with us. We’ll take care of all the heavy lifting, but we want to make sure you’re staying close throughout the process, overseeing setup and system tests. On average, this amounts to a time commitment of about one hour per day for the first few weeks.
From there, you’ll meet your dedicated ADP Human Resources Business Partner, who will take you through the different ways we can help you manage your workforce across benefits, compliance, training, hiring, retention, and more. You'll also learn about the experts and specialists across many disciplines working behind the scenes for you. You can expect to be up and running with TotalSource in a few weeks.
