Laura Brown is Corporate Vice President, Client Experience Officer at ADP. In this role, Laura leads a team focused on differentiating ADP’s client experience, providing the right tools, exceptional service and trusted support to help businesses of all sizes succeed. Responsible for strategic enablement and operations, Laura is deeply focused on understanding clients’ unique needs and challenges and delivering tailored, scalable solutions to solve them.
Previously, Laura served as President of Major Account Services and ADP Canada, helping midsized businesses in the US and companies of all sizes in Canada leverage comprehensive human capital management solutions to power performance and propel their organizations forward. Prior to this role, Laura held the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager of ADP’s Next Generation Human Capital Management solution, ADP Lyric HCM. She guided the business through rapid growth with a focus on developing the people, processes and infrastructure necessary to meet aggressive sales and financial objectives while building a base of referenceable clients.
Laura began her ADP career in 2000 as a member of ADP’s Field Human Resources (HR) organization and held a variety of strategic HR roles. In 2009, she made the transition from HR to Operations with Small Business Services, first as Client Relations Executive, then as Vice President of Field Support, and finally as DVP/GM for the South Region. Laura then went on to become Senior Division Vice President for Major Accounts Core Market, where she drove growth across the organization and enhanced the client experience. In her various roles, she built a reputation for innovative thinking and operational excellence with achievements focused on providing exceptional client service, streamlining internal operations, and building a track record of delivering strong business outcomes.
Before joining ADP, Laura held a variety of HR roles with National Data Corporation and eInvest, an investment tech start-up.
An advocate for the advancement and development of women and girls, Laura serves as the executive sponsor of ADP’s International Women’s Inclusion Network. She is a current member and past board member of ADP’s Executive Women’s Resource Group and a panel participant and speaker for Junior Achievement and Dress for Success.
Laura holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and Risk Management and a BBA in Human Resource Management both from the University of Georgia.
