President, Employer Services International
Don McGuire was appointed to the role of President, Employer Services International in June 2018. In this position, he leads the company’s international regions, ADP GlobalView® HCM and ADP Streamline®.
His responsibilities include all ADP offerings in more than 110 countries outside North America. He is responsible for driving strategic growth, operational excellence and providing leadership across this portfolio.
Prior to assuming his current role, Don served since July 2016 as President, EMEA, with Streamline added to the role in July 2017. Don also has led the Asia Pacific region while working in Singapore, where he delivered top-line and bottom-line growth in the region.
Earlier in his career, Don held senior leadership roles in markets around the world including Canada and the UK. He was appointed a Corporate Officer of ADP in July 2017.
Don joined ADP Canada in 1998 as Vice President, Finance, and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2000. His next appointment was as Head of Service in 2002. Don was appointed General Manager for the ADP UK organization in September 2007, leading solid revenue and product growth. During that time the UK business launched Money Movement, Time and Attendance and HR products. Don also led the acquisition of Vizual Business Tools (HR.net) in February 2010. In January 2012, he was also given responsibility for the newly acquired India Domestic payroll business (ESI India).
Don began his career with the former Price Waterhouse, and later joined Black & Decker Canada as Sales Controller. Don rose to Vice President, Finance and Administration, at Black & Decker Canada before joining ADP.
Don holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in Economics from York University, an Executive Management Diploma from the Ivey School of Business, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
