Chris D’Ambrosio

Chris D'Ambrosio is President, Workforce Management Solutions at ADP, where he leads the strategy, growth, operations, and delivery of the company's workforce management business, supporting clients’ needs for time and attendance tracking.

Since joining ADP in 2014, Chris has held leadership roles across business development, general management, operations, and strategy. Most recently, as Chief Strategy Officer, he led ADP's Strategy, Corporate Development, and Research organizations, shaping the company's long-term growth strategy, advancing its AI and data capabilities, expanding its presence in human capital management, and completing the acquisition of WorkForce Software.

Previously, Chris served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Insurance Services, where he led digital transformation initiatives, expanded the organization's geographic footprint, and broadened its distribution channels. Earlier, he held the role of Senior Division Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for ADP's Small Business Services and Human Resources Outsourcing divisions, where he led strategic planning and growth initiatives across both businesses.

Prior to joining ADP, Chris was with McKinsey & Company, where he led several engagements on growth strategy, sales and marketing effectiveness, operational transformation, and organizational change.

Chris holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree from Williams College.
