Brian Michaud

Executive Vice President, Smart Compliance Solutions & Human Resources Outsourcing

Brian Michaud is the Executive Vice President responsible for ADP’s Smart Compliance and Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) businesses. In this role, he leads ADP’s Employment Tax, Health Compliance, Tax Credits, Unemployment Claims and Wage Garnishments services and solutions, as well as ADP Payment Solutions and Wisely® by ADP. Michaud also leads ADP® Comprehensive Services, a market-leading HR business process outsourcing solution, and ADP TotalSource®, one of the largest Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) in the United States, serving over 750,000 client employees.

The organizations he leads help businesses manage their workforce while providing the tools they need to attract and retain top talent, control costs, improve operational efficiency and mitigate employment risk.

Michaud started with ADP in 1991 as a sales representative in Small Business Services (SBS). He joined ADP TotalSource in 1999 and contributed to the organization's rapid growth and expansion across the United States. During his tenure, he has held various roles of increasing responsibility in sales, service and operations leadership.

Michaud is a former member of the board of directors for the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO). He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Fairfield University.
