As President of Global Enterprise Solutions, Ed leads 20,000 ADP associates deployed globally in several organizations: National Account Services, Benefit Services, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Talent, Multi-national Companies, and GESi. These businesses serve some of the world’s largest companies, generally those with 1,000 employees or more.
Since 1988, Ed held broad-ranging senior leadership positions in both ADP domestic and international businesses. Most recently, Ed served as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales & Marketing for ADP where he was responsible for ADP’s global sales and marketing strategy.
Ed also served as President, Employer Services International (ESI) and was the Senior Vice President of International Sales for five years where he oversaw both direct and indirect sales for all geographies outside the United States, with a particular focus on Europe, Canada, Brazil, and Asia. He led his team in helping international clients to “think globally, act locally” on an everyday basis -- where bringing together fragmented systems and geographies is necessary to organize a global workforce, engage employees and achieve business results.
Before his International responsibilities, Ed managed ADP's largest sales force in the United States as Senior Vice President for sales in the Small Business Services division. Ed oversaw a team of traditional direct sales associates who assisted small businesses with their people management needs. During this time, he successfully launched indirect sales channels and established third-party alliances to help small business clients achieve their goals.
Ed serves as the executive sponsor of ADP's Military Business Resource Group, which increases the awareness of the sacrifices made daily by service members and their families as well as the value Veterans bring to the company and community.
Ed holds a bachelor’s degree from Providence College.
