Employee Support

If you have been affected by COVID-19 events and need your past pay information in order to file for unemployment, please follow these instructions:

  1. Download the Free Mobile App

    Apple App Store logo
    Google Play logo
  2. Select New? Get Started and follow the instructions

If you are unable to download the mobile app please follow these instructions:

  1. On your computer or mobile device, go to Log In:
    https://netsecure.adp.com/pages/sms/ess/v3/pub/ssr/theme.jsp
  2. Press Find Me
  3. If you no longer use the email or mobile number that you shared with your employer, click on Your Information and enter your information
  4. If you are registered in ADP’s systems, you will see a list of products that you are able to access. To view your pay information, select MyADP or WorkforceNow

What you can do if you are unable to access your pay information:

If you are unable to log in to the system, you do not have an active profile in our system. This may be because your employer has not turned-on self-service access for your company. ADP cannot switch on access to your information, only your employer can turn it on. If you can’t log in to ADP’s mobile app, contact your employer. Your employer is required to provide you with your pay and W-2 information.

If you have questions, please try and contact your former employer. ADP does not provide live support for employees of ADP clients.

If your former employer uses ADP or your employer is out of business and you are trying to get access to W2/1099/1095-C or past pay information, please click here. If you're still unable to access your employer tax information or tried contacting your employer/former employer, you can reach out to your state labor department for assistance. A list of state labor departments is available here.
