Form W-2 Errors/Issues

ADP Paystub / Paycheck
Questions / Errors: Please contact your employer’s payroll department. ADP is not authorized to answer employees’ payroll questions.

New User Registration: To use iPayStatements for the first time, you will need a self-service registration code from your employer’s Payroll Administrator. Then you can register to receive a User ID and create a password. Note: Your employer must be an ADP customer to use this site.

Locked Out? If you exceed the number of login attempts, please contact your employer’s payroll or HR contact for assistance. Your privacy is valued and for your protection, ADP is not authorized to reset your portal access. If your administrator is unsure how to reset your access, please have them visit the Support for Client Administrator page or product Login help and support for reset instructions.

||Your employer should provide your Form W-2 and 1099 by January 31. You can view your W-2 online after this date. If you have questions about your Form W-2 or Form 1099, please contact your company’s payroll or benefits department.
