Form W-2 and 1099: What are the deadlines?
- Before or on December 31: Verify the W-2 shipping address for the company
- Second and third week in January: W-2 and 1099 Delivery
- January 31: Deadline to distribute W-2s and 1099s to your employee and contractors
What are the deadlines for Form 1095-C?
- May 31 (or June 30 if filed electronically): Deadline to file Form 1095-C and Form 1094-C with the IRS
- March 31, 2016: Deadline to distribute Form 1095-C to your employee and contractors

Reset an Employee Password

How to Reset an Employee iPay Password
Please use the following procedure when an employee is unable to reset their own password. Note: You must be the Security Master in order to be able to reset the password.
Step 1 – Go to https://ipayadmin.adp.com website
Step 2 – Click ADP Security Management Services
Step 3 – Under Quick Links select Reset a User’s Password
Step 4 – Perform a search by entering one of the following:
- The employee User ID
- Employee Last Name and Employee/Associate ID
- Email address
Step 5 – Click Search
Step 6 – Click on the User Name
Step 7 – Click – Reset Password. A confirmation email will be sent to the employee containing a temporary password.
Can payroll be run on a bank holiday?
Yes. ADP Payroll Service Centers are open every day of the year. Please note, due to some financial institutions’ holiday schedules, funds for your employees may be impacted. Please adjust accordingly to prevent delays.
