Lisa Binau, CPA and Client Manager, and Jim Wurbs, Partner, of Dunning and Associates CPAs took the first step towards becoming a modern firm when they joined Rootworks in 2012. The firm moved 85 clients to RUN for Partners and was able to streamline the payroll process, onboard clients electronically, process payroll faster than ever and provide training on the payroll system for staff and clients more efficiently. Being able to effortlessly make the move to remote workspaces during the pandemic without missing a beat was a huge win for them as well. Challenges
