Laura Stoker

As an experienced recruitment and sourcing expert with over 20 years in the industry, Laura Stoker serves as Director of AIRS and Global Learning. In this role, she leads AIRS sourcing research and course development. Joining AIRS in 2000 she's had the opportunity to train recruitment professionals all over the world on topics such as internet recruiting and social media sourcing. Laura is a subject matter expert in these areas and she has been a frequent speaker at numerous global conferences including SourceCon, SHRM, ERE, and the Sourcing Summits (SOSU). Laura spent a year studying German at the University of Tübingen in Germany and received her bachelor's degree from Colorado State University - Pueblo.
