Prior to using ADP Global Payroll, customers in the TEI study noted how their organizations had a highly complex and fragmented landscape of payroll solutions and providers. These former payroll ecosystems resulted in payroll inefficiencies, high maintenance costs, poor data quality and exposure to compliance and regulatory risks.
The benefits of switching to ADP Global Payroll
After the investment in ADP Global Payroll, the interviewees reported that they centralized their payroll operations with global coverage and integrated it with human capital management (HCM) tools. Key results from the investment include high payroll process efficiency gains and avoidance of payroll errors and compliance costs.
