Matt has 10 years of sourcing/recruiting experience in the RPO environment and with ADP. Matt is experienced placing candidates at numerous medium to large corporations within a variety of industries. Experienced recruiting and sourcing candidates for IT/IS, sales, engineering, finance, marketing, nursing (call center), medical devices, pharmaceuticals and skilled-trades. Matt is well versed in sourcing active and passive candidates from various sites and at all levels of an organization up to the executive level. Matt has solid technical knowledge and an aptitude for business. Matt is responsible for managing and overseeing a team of backend scalable sourcers/recruiters, a small team of coordinators and Technical Product Consultants. Along with managing those direct reports, Matt is also leading and involved with initiatives for automation across the business and digital transformation efforts related to RPO.
