Kristin Andreski

Kristin Andreski is the senior vice president and general manager of ADP Retirement Services. She began her journey with ADP more than 20 years ago traveling a diverse path spanning roles across the firm. This experience gives her deep knowledge in comprehensive outsourcing and a widely respected acumen on the retirement industry. Andreski is responsible for leading ADP's Retirement Services business unit which provides recordkeeping services to meet the needs of small-, mid-, and large-sized companies. In this role, Kristin has oversight for more than 65,000 client relationships and 1.7 million plan participants. Her senior leadership team oversees operations, client service, implementation, strategy and marketing, IT, finance, and sales. Her extensive oversight includes ensuring an effortless client experience through determining the next generation of product and services considering technology and analytics to deliver intelligent, integrated human capital management solutions.
