- More than 2/3 of companies see talent acquisition and tracking as the workforce management strategy with the greatest impact.
- 93% of CEOs say they need to change their talent strategy, yet only a third will attempt to do so.
- On average, global companies manage 33 payroll systems and 32 HR systems...and counting.
- Only 14% of companies have any analytics capabilities in HR. Not surprisingly then, only 15% of senior business leaders changed a decision in response to an HR insight in the past year.
