My initial view of HR before ADP wasn't really much of a view at all, it was more of a fear that kept me up at night to be honest. But then once ADP came on board I realized that I can't ignore the problem and I can't lose sleep ever again over this. I have to tackle it now. We've gone from a one crew organization to what's going to be a national organization. And with that I have to keep HR at the top of the organization. I cannot put it on the back burner any more. So I have very restful nights now by using ADP and it's just been a tremendous, tremendous resource for me to be able to have my own HR department through the people at ADP.
