"The Forrester Wave™: Talent Acquisition Vendors, Q3 2015" report is designed to evaluate the talent acquisition tools a vendor uses to proactively search, find and nurture job candidates. The report also evaluates vendors that provide applicant tracking system and talent relationship management functionality in their recruiting offerings, and is designed to help application development and delivery professionals work with human resources to select the right recruiting partner.

The Forrester Wave™ report also notes that ADP customers feel they are getting good value for the money and are satisfied with implementation, customer service, and training.
