Lenny Yanovskiy Senior Director of Strategic Solutions ADP Recruitment Process Outsourcing (ADP RPO®) Lenny Yanovskiy is the Sr. Director of Strategic Solutions with ADP RPO. His role includes development and bringing of market specialty services for Talent Acquisitions, as well as, market data and analytics for recruitment. Lenny has been with ADP for 11 years, holding a range of positions across various Human Capital Management (HCM) products, with focus on strategy and continuous improvement. In the last 2.5 years with ADP RPO, Lenny has worked on building out our Talent Consulting practice to ensure stronger partnerships with clients with emphasis on consultative recruitment outsourcing. He holds a MBA degree from NYU Stern School of Business.
