Fortune published a list of the 25 best workplaces in New York, featuring ADP, ranked #19. The article highlighted a few comments from employees:
"This company goes out of its way to take the stress out of your life in order to allow you to focus on your job and your family. Salary plus bonuses for a job well done, the ability to work from home if your child is sick or something comes up in your personal life, consistent celebrations throughout the year, and free snack bar during year end so you don't have to worry about food and can save some money over the holidays. The company wants you to be able to focus on your job to do it well, and does everything it can to accommodate all other aspects of your life in order to make it easier on you to do that.
