Karen Cutler

Karen Cutler is a member of ADP's Strategic Advisory Services team and offers more than 20 years of knowledge and experience in the Human Capital Management field. Before joining the Strategic Advisory Services team, she held several leadership roles in product readiness, strategy, marketing and communications, and operations. Karen excels in driving organizational transformation through cross-functional alignment by developing strategies that deliver scalable infrastructure and business growth across sales and client success. In addition, Karen has helped ADP integrate new acquisitions through field enablement programs that translate strategies into execution. She began her career at ADP in sales and has earned several awards for her contributions to the sales organization. Karen is an active member of ADP's International Women in Leadership organization and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from The University of Hartford. She is also a licensed agent in health, life and variable annuities.
