Karen Cutler

Karen Cutler is the Client Experience Executive in ADP's ACA Health Care Reform senior leadership team within ADP’s Compliance Business unit. With over 20 years of experience in human capital management, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Karen has held several leadership roles including in ADP’s strategic advisory services where she worked directly with clients for change management and understanding people analytic projects. Karen also has experience in product readiness, strategy, marketing, communications, and operations. She has a proven track record of driving organizational transformation and business growth particularly in sales and client success. Additionally, Karen has also played a key role in integrating new acquisitions through field enablement programs that align strategies with execution. Karen began her career in sales and has been recognized with multiple awards for her contributions. She is an active member of ADP's International Women in Leadership organization and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from The University of Hartford.
