Vincent Civetta is the vice president of product development for ADP Marketplace, a digital storefront that enables businesses to connect and share employee data across their HR platforms. Leading a team of product developers and engineers, his mission is to advance enterprise standards for API governance, an open ecosystem, and AI-driven agentic integrations. In his nearly 30 years at ADP, Vincent has helped shape the company's technology evolution from data centers and cybersecurity to web and mobile, and now to today's open HR ecosystem strategy.
