Payroll / Paychecks
For questions about your paychecks, contact your payroll department. They will be able to answer your question the fastest.
401(k) and Retirement Services
To log in to your 401(k) or retirement account, please visit our Retirement Services

If your company provides benefits through ADP, please contact your benefits administrator. They will be able to direct you to the right resources at ADP.

COBRA / FSA / Workers' Compensation Insurance
If your company provides COBRA (Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act), FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts) or Workers' Compensation Insurance through ADP and you need to contact a representative, please call 800-233-1457.

What if I have a question regarding my W2 and my former employer is no longer in business?
If your former employer is no longer in business, they are still obligated to provide you with a W2. If you still do not receive your W2 by February 15th, you can call the IRS at 800-829-1040.
If you decide to call the IRS after February 15th, it will be helpful to have your last paystub available which should include your employer's Employer Identification Number (EIN).
ADP does not provide W2s to current or former employees of ADP clients.
I have a personnel issue I need to speak to someone about. Who can I talk to?
