Getting Started

Activation
To use this application, your company must be a client of ADP. Please obtain your self-service registration code from your administrator. Your registration code will enable you to register.

Employee Registration
Select Register Now to start the registration process. Follow the steps to enter your registration code, verify your identity, get your User ID and password, select your security questions, enter your contact information, and enter your activation code. You will then have the ability to review your information and complete the registration process.

Administrator Registration
Select Register Now to start the registration process. Follow the steps to enter your registration code, verify your identity, get your User ID and password, select your security questions, enter your contact information, and enter your activation code. You will then have the ability to review your information and complete the registration process.

Login

Problems Logging In
If you are having trouble logging in to iPayStatements, try the following:

  1. Check the spelling and spacing of your password. (Passwords are case sensitive; remember to turn off the Caps Lock key.)
  2. You must register before you can log into the iPayStatements application.
  3. You must use your ADP iPayStatements user ID and password (not the ID and password you use to log into your company's network.

If you aren't sure of your user ID or password, click either Forgot Your User ID? or Forgot Your Password? for assistance.

Forgot Password
Select Forgot Your Password? and follow the instructions to answer a series of security questions to change your password. Then, use your user ID and new password to log in to the application.

Forgot User ID
Select Forgot Your User ID? and follow the instructions to answer a series of security questions. Then, your user ID will be displayed and you can log in to the application.

What To Do if You Are Locked Out
Either wait to try to log in again after five (5) minutes or click "Forgot your user ID/password?."
If you still need assistance, contact your company administrator to have your password reset.

Administrators - How to Reset an Employee iPay Password
Please use the following procedure when an employee is unable to reset their own password. Note: You must be the Security Master in order to be able to reset the password.

Step 1 – Go to https://ipayadmin.adp.com website
Step 2 – Click ADP Security Management Services
Step 3 – Under Quick Links select Reset a User’s Password
Step 4 – Perform a search by entering one of the following:

  1. The employee User ID
  2. Employee Last Name and Employee/Associate ID
  3. Email address

Step 5 – Click Search
Step 6 – Click on the User Name
Step 7 – Click – Reset Password.  A confirmation email will be sent to the employee containing a temporary password.

Security Settings
Use SSL 3.0 must be checked for all browsers. Internet Explorer: "Privacy" and "Trusted Site > Security Level for this zone" must be set to Medium. Mozilla Firefox: "Use custom settings for history" must be selected. Google Chrome: "Allow local data to be set" must be selected.
