CNH Industrial Shares Challenges and Results after Global RPO Implementation

A global producer of industrial equipment and commercial vehicles with presence in 190 countries and 71,000 employees, CNH Industrial undertook a comprehensive change management approach when implementing its talent acquisition strategy.
