Getting started with ADP
Before switching to RUN, SDI was utilizing a PEO platform, but the service model was a one-size-fits-all. Given that SDI is a smaller firm, they didn’t need all the services offered, but they had to pay for everything as a package deal. The need to switch was driven partially by the need for cost savings, and when Tina found out what RUN had to offer, it was a no-brainer for her. “I was sold on RUN the first time I saw it because it allows you to tailor your service choices based on your business’s needs, and that saves us a lot of money.”
