Nucleus Research named ADP Workforce Now a Leader within the SMB HCM Value Matrix. Nucleus assessed vendors based on their relative product usability, functionality, and the value that customers drive from the use of their capabilities.

- In October 2024, ADP announced its acquisition of WorkForce Software, a leading provider of workforce management (WFM) software for large, global, and otherwise complex organizations.
- The move will expand ADP’s global offering of WFM solutions through WorkForce Software’s time and attendance, scheduling, forecasting, leave and absence management, and employee communications capabilities into the broader ADP portfolio.
