Getting Started

Activation
You will receive your User ID in an email. When you have received the email, go to https://adp4me.adp.com, enter the User ID, and click Submit to begin the registration process.

Employee Registration
On the ADP4Me login page, enter your User ID, and click Submit. Then follow the instructions to register.

Administrator Registration
On the ADP4Me login page, enter your User ID, and click Submit. Then follow the instructions to register.

Problems Logging In
If you are having trouble logging in, please try the following:

1. Check the spelling and spacing of your password. (Passwords are case sensitive.);
2. Close all active Internet browsers and try logging on again;
3. Clear your browser history/cache and try again. During your next log on attempt, you will be required to identify yourself, i.e., you will be required to receive an activation code, enter the activation code, and answer your security questions.

Forgot Password
On the login page, type your User ID and click Submit. On the password page, click Forgot your Password? and answer a series of security questions to reset your password.

Forgot User ID
Select Forgot Your User ID? and follow the instructions to answer a series of security questions. Then, your user ID will be displayed and you can log in to the application.

What To Do if You Are Locked Out
After three unsuccessful attempts, your account will be locked. Please contact your company administrator to reissue access.
