Vishwas Sugla

Chief Strategy Officer

Vishwas Sugla is Chief Strategy Officer for ADP. He leads the company's Strategy, Corporate Development, and ADP Research organizations, helping guide ADP's long-term strategy and growth priorities.

Prior to joining ADP, Vishwas spent more than 12 years with Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he most recently served as Managing Director and Partner. During his tenure, he advanced through a series of leadership roles and advised Fortune 500 and multinational organizations on growth strategy, business transformation, operating model excellence, post-merger integration, and emerging technologies, including agentic AI.

His experience spans the Human Capital Management and Technology Services sectors, where he worked with organizations to drive growth and transformation. Earlier in his career, Vishwas held engineering, sales, and business operations roles with Siemens, ThyssenKrupp Elevator, and Larsen & Toubro.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, and a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
