John Ayala is President of Major Account Services and ADP Canada. In this role, he leads a team focused on providing an integrated approach to payroll, tax, benefits, and HR to help midsized businesses work smarter and drive their businesses forward.
Previously, John led ADP’s Small Business Services which provides the Human Capital Management services that small businesses – whether they are starting out, or already a thriving business – need to manage their people.
Before this leadership role, John was Corporate Vice President of Client Experience and Continuous Improvement where he focused on creating ways to enhance and transform the client experience.
John has also served as Senior Vice President of Service and Operations for ADP Small Business Services where he focused on ensuring ADP’s small business clients received the best in service. He also led ADP TotalSource, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) that provides expert help for small businesses in managing benefits, payroll, compliance, risk management, safety, recruiting, and more.
John has also held positions in client service and operations with various companies, including WebEx and Time Warner.
John holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Park University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
