ADP proudly participated in the 2016 Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility’s (HACR) Corporate Inclusion Index (CII). The survey helps track trends in Corporate America to measure diversity and Hispanic inclusion in an effort to make strategic improvements for future generations of Hispanic Americans.
The survey focuses on the business practices and strategies around HACR's four pillars of economic reciprocity: Employment, Procurement, Philanthropy and Governance. Findings from the survey help organizations understand more fully the work that must be done to increase the representation of Hispanics at all levels within their companies, in business operations and social responsibility efforts. ADP is proactive in our efforts to engage the Hispanic community and in our first year completing the CII survey received an impressive 90% ranking.
