The costs of providing health care benefits are soaring, while adhering to government-mandated regulations is becoming increasingly complex. At the same time, employees are demanding high-quality benefits, along with the communications and tools they need to understand and manage those benefits. All of this is happening at a time when many corporate budgets for benefits communications and administration are flat. While there are plenty of options for improving employee benefits communications, whether or not to allocate budget dollars toward adopting them is another matter.
