Health Care Reform: Not Everything Has Been Delayed

While significant elements of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) have been delayed until 2015, there is much that employers must do now to help ensure that they are in compliance with the requirements that have not been postponed – and requirements that will still take effect in 2014. Equally important is the work that must be done in 2013 and 2014 to help ensure that employers will be fully able to comply with the requirements that have been postponed until 2015.
