*In order to receive up to six non-consecutive free months of payroll with RUN Powered by ADP® (RUN), company must complete, sign and submit the sales order and start processing payroll by March 26, 2026 and continue processing for three consecutive months at the originally implemented bundle, payroll frequency, and discounting level. This offer does not apply to clients purchasing the RUN Essential Payroll bundle who are self-onboarding digitally or have fewer than three (3) employees, which clients will only be eligible to receive three months free. Eligible clients with 3-49 employees at signing will be entitled to four (4) months free and eligible clients with 5-49 employees at signing will be entitled to six (6) months free. Eligible companies must use Direct Debit of Fees. The first three free months of free payroll will be applied to client's invoice for clients in good standing after the first three months of processing, and additional free months will be applied to client's invoice for clients in good standing after the twelfth month of processing so that the free months are applied to months 4,5,6 and any additional months free are applied starting at month 13. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, with the exception of free 2025 W2’s when available. This promotion is only available to new ADP Clients using RUN in the Continental U.S. This promotion applies to all features of standard payroll processing invoiced on your regular processing cycle and does not include additional non-payroll services; excludes pass through costs, courier and other delivery fees, including off cycle fees, hardware, or penalty and interest fees.
