*In order to receive six non-consecutive free months of payroll with RUN Powered by ADP® (RUN), referred company must sign and submit an ADP sales order and start processing payroll by 6/25/2026. The company must continue processing for three consecutive months at the originally implemented bundle, payroll frequency, and discounting level. Eligible companies must use Direct Debit of Fees, switch from another payroll provider and have 3-49 employees, or have 5-49 employees if not switching from another payroll provider. CBA, Wholesale, 1-4 employees on the RUN HR Pro Bundle and the RUN Essential bundle are excluded. The first three free months of free payroll will be applied to client's invoice for clients in good standing after the first three months of processing, and the second three months of free payroll will be applied to client's invoice for clients in good standing after the twelfth month of processing so that the six free months are applied to months 4,5,6 and 13,14 and 15. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions and is only available to new ADP Clients using RUN in the Continental U.S. Excluding free 2025 W2s, when available. This promotion applies to all features of standard payroll processing invoiced on your regular processing cycle and does not include additional non-payroll services; excludes pass-through costs, courier and other delivery fees, including off cycle fees, hardware, or penalty and interest fees.
