Hotel Extensions

Should you wish to extend your stay at the Fairmont Monte Carlo, the discounted group rate is € 209.00 per night, inclusive of VAT and daily breakfast. This rate is available to you for five (5) days before and five (5) days after the event, based on availability.

Hotel Guarantee/Cancellations

Reservations for extensions outside the event dates will be accepted on a space-available basis and confirmed as reservation requests are received. Reservations for pre/post-extension guests will be secured through the individual guest’s credit card, which will be charged when the reservation is made. Any cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will be assessed a cancellation charge of the total stay. There will be no cancellation charge for any extension cancellations prior to this time.

A “no show” will be fully charged for all extended nights booked and the room will be released.

NOTE: Credit card information is only required should you plan to pre/post extend your trip. ADP will host hotel accommodations for those attending the ADP ReThink Global HCM conference.

Program Inclusions

Travel Arrangements

You should book travel arrangements using your company’s preferred reservation method. Airline tickets should be booked into Nice Airport (airport code: NCE). Monte Carlo is approximately a 35-minute transfer from the Nice Airport.

Required Travel Documents

U.S. Citizens: You must have a valid passport for your trip. Without a valid passport, which must agree with the name on your electronic ticket confirmation, you will not be permitted to board your flight.

The governments of France and Monaco require passports for U.S. citizens to be valid at least six months beyond your travel dates, and they must contain at least two blank pages per destination. If your passport will expire within six months of your travel dates or does not contain at least two blank pages per destination, you must renew your passport prior to your trip. Passport processing can take up to 4-6 weeks, so do not delay in applying for or renewing your passport.

All Other Citizens: It is important that you check with your nearest consulate immediately for any special travel documents – including any tourist visas – required for your trip. You are responsible for securing these documents. Note: Many countries require passports for visitors to be valid at least six months beyond your travel dates and contain at least two blank pages per destination. If your passport will expire within six months of your travel dates or does not contain at least two blank pages per destination, you are urged to renew your passport prior to your trip.

If you are a citizen of a United States Visa Waiver Program (VWP) country, you are required to apply for an Electronic System for Travel Authorization or ESTA at least 72 hours prior to travel to the U.S. or in order to transit through the U.S. Please be aware that a valid passport is required to apply for an ESTA, and the passport must meet the following requirements: it must be “electronic” with a digital chip containing biometric information about the passport owner and have a machine-readable zone on the biographic page. (As of April 1, 2016, all travelers must possess an e-passport to use the VWP. E-passports are enhanced-security passports, each with an embedded electronic chip. They must be issued by the proper passport-issuing authority, and they are required to meet international standards for securing and storing information corresponding to the passport and the bearer.) For additional information regarding the requirements/fees and to apply, visit the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Once you have obtained your ESTA travel authorization, it will be valid for two years or the duration of your passport validity, whichever is shorter. The ESTA requires the same information as the paper I-94W form that VWP travelers formerly filled out en route to the U.S. Should you have questions or require assistance, contact your nearest U.S. Embassy. Note: You will still need to provide your airline or carrier with details of your passport, country of residence and the address of your first night’s accommodation.

In addition, once you have received your air travel itinerary, YOU MUST CHECK with the consulate of each country listed on your itinerary to make sure you have all the necessary travel documents. Country-specific travel documents may be required when connecting through countries other than your final destination.

Passport Copies: It is recommended that you make several photocopies of your passport prior to traveling. Please leave copies at home with family members and carry copies in your carry-on luggage. If your passport is lost or stolen, this will make the reissuance of your passport much easier.

Transfer Information

Arrival Transfers: Attendees are responsible for arranging their own ground transportation between the airport in Nice and the hotel in Monte Carlo. Taxis one way are approximately 58 EUR plus gratuity and can take approximately 35 minutes.

Departure Transfers: Attendees are responsible for arranging their own ground transportation to the airport at the conclusion of the meeting on Thursday afternoon, February 1, 2018. We request that your hotel departure time be no earlier than 4:00 PM on this day. The hotel bell staff will be able to store luggage during the time between checkout and actual departure from the Fairmont Monte Carlo.

If at any time prior to the conference there is a global event that may make travel to Monte Carlo unsafe for the ADP ReThink Global HCM Conference, ADP will make necessary changes and communicate the course of action immediately to all attendees.

While at the ADP ReThink Global HCM Conference, members of ADP’s Global Security Organization will be present.

Recommended Attire

Business-smart attire is appropriate for all functions at the ADP ReThink Global HCM Conference. Be sure to pack a jacket to stay warm in Monaco at this time of year. Please bring dinner attire complete with a dinner jacket or cover-up so you may comfortably enjoy our hosted dinners on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
