This product is an enhanced version of ADP's fully outsourced, Web-based hosted offering for small businesses. EasyPayNet 5.0 has a new, simplified design that is easy to navigate and further streamlines the payroll administration process.
With this new version of EasyPayNet, users can tailor the payroll process according to their individual needs. An adjustable payroll workflow and checklist prompts users with the steps needed to complete a simple payroll in just five clicks. The pay input screens can be modified to match user input documents for faster entry. To help minimize errors, users can review payroll through on-screen audit reports before processing.

Each pay period, users simply input their payroll via the Web-based application. EasyPayNet then calculates and pays employee wages, and pays and files federal, state and local payroll taxes. Users can choose to print their own paychecks, or receive signed payroll checks or direct deposit vouchers for their employees.
An added value of EasyPayNet is the Data Access Suite, a Web-based application that enables small businesses to easily and securely share payroll-related data with their accountant. Data Access Suite features a general ledger interface, electronic reports and generic data export capabilities that allow information to be transferred to spreadsheets or third-party accounting software packages, providing greater operational efficiencies.

EasyPayNet 5.0 is currently available to new clients. Existing clients are in the process of being upgraded over the next several months.
