ADP Statement on Recent Phishing Campaign

ROSELAND, N.J., December 4, 2013 – ADP® has been made aware of a phishing campaign that involves compromised user login credentials of clients of several companies, including those of ADP.  ADP has no reason to believe that this phishing campaign was specifically targeted at ADP or its clients.

At this time, ADP has determined that none of its internal networks and servers has been compromised, and no intrusion has occurred.  Phishing attacks are usually associated with malware so, out of an abundance of caution, ADP is requiring a password reset for the approximately 2,400 clients whose credentials were impacted by this campaign.  To our knowledge, none of ADP’s clients has been adversely affected by the compromised credentials.
