The price is a flat monthly rate of $59, plus $4 per active employee regardless of the number of payrolls you process. The first charge will be made after 30 days of subscribing to our service. There are no hidden charges and you can cancel at any time with 30 days notice.

Setting up payroll
What information do I need to provide to set up my account?

You will need the following information to set up an account. If you don’t have it all now, don’t worry! You can enter what you have, and you can always come back to it later.

  1. For your company:
    1. Company’s legal name, legal address and phone number
    2. DBA name (if applicable)
    3. Legal entity type (e.g., Sole Proprietorship, Limited Liability Corporation, etc.)
    4. Owner’s name, title and phone number
    5. Bank account number and routing number, along with a voided check
      • This is the bank account from which you pay your employees, taxes, and payroll subscription fees.
    6. Pay frequency (weekly, biweekly, etc.) and desired first check date
    7. Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN)

  2. For each of your employees:
    1. First and Last name
    2. Date of Birth

The time varies depending on how long it takes to verify your business information. Our typical turnaround time is within a few short hours. As soon as it is ready, our team will email you with confirmation that your account setup is complete.

How do I pay my employees?

Follow these quick and easy steps

  1. Sign in to your account Run Powered by ADP
  2. Click on the “RUN Payroll” icon
  3. Enter employee hours worked, and/or verify the salary information for your employees. Our system will automatically calculate the breakdown of net/gross pay as well as the taxes
  4. Set the check date so our system knows when to send the direct deposit directly to your employee’s bank account
  5. Select “Process Payroll”
How often can I pay my employees?

You can process as many payrolls as you need, and have multiple pay frequencies (weekly, biweekly, monthly, semi-monthly) at no additional cost.

What is included in your “Tax filing service”?

ADP’s small business payroll platform is designed to help your business comply with payroll tax laws so that you can rest easy. ADP automatically calculates, files and deposits local, state and Federal payroll taxes.

What are Garnishments?

Usually, a garnishment is a court order directing that money or property of a third party (usually wages paid by an employer) be paid to satisfy a debt owed by a debtor to a plaintiff creditor. Examples of garnishments may include Child Support, Federal/State tax levy, wage garnishment and others.

Can ADP deduct my employee’s garnishment from their paycheck?

Yes! Garnishments can be setup to be taken from your employees’ paycheck in our system, and the employer will be responsible for sending payment to the designated payee. Once the employee is set up in the payroll system, the employer will have the ability to add garnishments.

Can your service send the Garnishment payment to the agency on my behalf?

At this time, through this offering, we are currently unable to send payment to the agency on an employers behalf.
