In the span of my career at ADP, I’ve sold to every size account: from our Small- and Mid-Sized segment to Global/International, and finally to our National Account segment. From the start, ADP has provided ongoing training that has prepared me for every new assignment.  I’ve gained a tremendous amount of experience working in different ADP markets, and I’ve learned a lot. I started out in transactional sales of specific payroll services to small businesses, but now in National Accounts, I’m more consultative. I work with Executives on a regular basis and have learned to build strong relationships with them, to understand their visions for the future, as well as their business needs. I sell strategic solutions now rather than a product.  The training I have received in consultative selling has paid off for me, our corporate customers and ultimately for ADP.

I’ve had the chance to move across the country, sell to all types of companies and travel the world. I’ve worked with great people, who share my passion for success and are now my friends for life. And I’ve also earned my Master’s, gotten married and started a family. I was originally recruited through my college internship into our Small Business Services division. From the beginning, ADP has given me the flexibility I’ve needed at different times in my life. When I wanted to move to San Diego, ADP helped me find an opportunity in Major Account Sales. Then, when I wanted to travel overseas, ADP gave me an opportunity in Global Account Sales. While overseas, I launched a new solution for ADP, which was a great learning experience. It gave me the sense of being an entrepreneur, traveling to places like Paris, London, Singapore and India. And when I started a family and needed to cut back on travel, ADP gave me the opportunity to manage the largest National Accounts we have and still be home for dinner nearly every night.

I have attained 11 President’s Clubs in the 12 years that I’ve been eligible and have been selected Team Member of the Year for National Accounts — proof that, if you want to succeed, ADP is more than ready and willing to help.

I love to play and watch sports. I also cherish the time that I get to spend with my wife, new son and friends. I enjoy travel and have been to Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Czech Republic, Hungary, Canada, India, Singapore, Thailand, most of Western Europe and nearly all parts of the US. In my spare time I volunteer for Special Olympics and at a local school.
