As the liaison between our customers and the Client Technical Analysts (CTAs), I’m very passionate about championing ADP’s unwavering commitment to quality work and service.  To ensure that we always exceed customer expectations, I coordinate the workflow with the CTAs, prioritize client cases and make sure no client slips through the cracks. When assisting a client on the phone, it’s important to listen effectively, express empathy and take whatever action is necessary to resolve an issue.

Prior to coming here, I worked at an automotive dealership where I was actually a client of ADP, so I knew firsthand how well they treated customers. The service was always world class. The company is managed well, and that stability means a lot to me. I see a long-term future working here. Unless I limit myself, the opportunities are available to move forward and grow.  ADP also does a great job of recognizing their employees’ efforts. I’ve received many E-recognitions from CTA’s and coaches and have often been told that I am doing a great job. I feel that my input and ideas are valued and make a difference at ADP.

I started out as a CTA taking and making support calls.  When I was offered the opportunity to be part of a year-long Management in Training (MIT) program, I jumped at it. After completing the program, I stepped into a Work Flow Coordinator role which I’ve been doing for the last 3 years. I am thrilled that ADP has provided me with all of the tools that I need to do my job from home. I am not spending as much time commuting to and from the office, and that allows me to be flexible for ADP’s business and my family.

I really love spending time with my family and friends. I also devote my time to church, outreach and helping others. I enjoy chaperoning my daughter’s high school marching band.  Whenever ADP supports an event like the American Heart Walk, I get involved. It’s a great time to reconnect with friends and co-workers. I also participate with Toastmasters and have really appreciated learning how to speak on different topics in front of a group.  Of course, I always have a lot to say about why ADP is a great place to work!
