STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) Education

In an effort to help keep America competitive and encourage today’s younger generation to pursue highly skilled professions in science and engineering, The ADP Foundation donated $600,000 to be split among three colleges actively supporting STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) education curriculums.

Junior Achievement Worldwide

ADP recently launched a global partnership with Junior Achievement Worldwide, an organization dedicated to empowering youth and teaching the necessary financial literacy and other skills necessary to compete in today’s workplace.

Girls Inc.® and STEMconnector®, Million Women Mentors®

ADP partners with organizations focused on empowering young women, such as Girls Inc.® and STEMconnector®, Million Women Mentors®.

“Young Enterprise” Award Program

In the UK, ADP sponsors a “Young Enterprise” award program for 16 to 18-year-olds challenged with setting up and running their own businesses.


Associates in France work with IGS, a specialized human resources university, to secure internships for its students.

Mentor Underprivileged Youth

In France, ADP executive managers volunteer their time to mentor underprivileged youth to complete their educations.
