Business Resource Groups (BRG)

ADP has associate led groups that serve as an associate and business value resource. We cultivate and advocate for a diverse and inclusive workspace. Local Engagement and Diversity Committees
Through our numerous Local Engagement and Diversity Committees, ADP engages leaders and associates throughout the U.S. to help execute its Diversity & Inclusion priorities. The Associate Engagement Specialist Team, which works in collaboration with the committees, contributes to business results by providing enterprise-wide engagement solutions to stake holders that support our ADP values and align with our Corporate Social Responsibility pillars resulting in an energized workplace experience. We inspire pride and belonging by creating a One ADP inclusive culture and connecting associates through engagement and social responsibility initiatives, such as community, philanthropic, engagement and diversity efforts.
Heritage and History
Throughout the year in the United States, we celebrate the heritage and history of our associates by offering special programming for nationally designated months. Examples include Black History Month, Hispanic Heritage Month, Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month, National Disability Employment Awareness, and LGBT Pride Month, to name a few.
