HR professionals can network in WorldatWork Online Community

Want to share challenges and solve problems with fellow HR professionals and experts across the country (or even overseas)? The WorldatWork Online Community has now exceeded 7,000 members. This social network is geared specifically to people who design and manage compensation and benefits packages. There is no charge to join and you do not need to be a WorldatWork member.

When you enter the Online Community, you will see how many connections you could make based on where you live, your work responsibilities, and other details you provide. The more professional interests you specify, the more your potential grows to find colleagues who share them.

“The feedback we’ve received says users really appreciate having an online community that is free of recruiting and banner advertising,” says WorldatWork spokeswoman Marcia G. Rhodes. “The compensation discussion board is by far the most popular, with more than 2,500 topics generating some 8,500 comments as of September 28th.” Community members can search for a topic and find discussions, resources (i.e., articles, books, surveys) and people who are currently working on the same issue, or have dealt with it before.
