  1. World-Class Industry Speakers: Our featured speakers provide creative insights and practical advice that you can apply to your job every day. These speakers represent the industry’s leading experts and organizations
  2. Tailored Participation: Meeting of the Minds is structured with specific tracks (i.e. Payroll, HR, Personal and Professional) that will help tailor agendas so you get the most out of the conference. We offer approximately 160 total sessions and training classes to choose from. You will receive a set number of Recertification Credit Hours (RCHs) for attending the three-day conference.
  3. Networking: You will have the opportunity to collaborate with peers on how to make the most of your existing products and services. And through industry and product roundtables, you’ll interact with others who are facing similar HR, benefits or payroll opportunities and challenges. In addition, we also host the Client Extravaganza, which will be held on Monday, March 22.
  4. Training: Focus On Training sessions are designed to provide in-depth instruction on ADP products and services. Formatted in a classroom setting, Focus On Training sessions offer you your own work station to walk through real-life scenarios, become skilled at shortcuts, and learn more about ADP products and services. You will receive additional RCHs for attending these sessions. Sessions are held March 20, 21 and March 24.
  5. Informative Business Expo and Book Signings: In addition to the ADP offerings and key industry leaders exhibiting in the Business Expo, we feature book signings where you can purchase the latest publications from our featured speakers.
