The offer for preferred pricing and or discounts is only available to IPC members for payroll processing and tax credit processing. IPC members are not eligible for the discount and/or preferred pricing on previously invoiced services. Existing franchisees using ADP’s services can convert immediately onto this program without penalty, but each owner/business manager must contact ADP to ensure being converted onto this discount program.
Payroll Processing:
>Set-up fees for companies with 1-100 employees per franchisee are waived.
>The first month of payroll processing is free (up to 4 payroll periods). The first free months of processing can only be applied to the identical new service purchased and does not apply to any other ADP products, services, license fees, hosting charges, hardware, additional controls, upgrades, or additional locations or expansions of existing products or services.
>W-2 processing is discounted by 50% off of current ADP pricing.
Tax Credit Processing:
ADP agrees to provide employment tax credit services to IPC members including the processing of Empowerment Zone and Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC). The rates are based on each employer, not tax ID or corporate entity name. Companies with less than 50 employees are charged a $20.00 per month processing fee + a 20% contingency fee. |
