Mollie Mantia

Mollie Mantia currently serves as the Sr. Director of Compliance, Security and Business Resiliency for National Accounts Products at ADP. She has over 12 years of varied HR, recruiting, compliance, security, business resiliency and management experience, focusing on those areas in relation to human resources, talent acquisition, payroll, benefits and management strategies. Mollie was quoted in Forbes, The Wall Street Journal and Talent Economy on relevant compliance topics in the talent process. Mollie is also an active contributor to ADP's blog, SPARK. Prior to her career with National Accounts at ADP, Mollie was a Sr. Recruiter at both ADP RPO (formerly The Right Thing) and Conduent (formerly ACS). During her recruiting tenure, Mollie worked within a variety of industries focusing on compliance, technology, healthcare and insurance. In 2014, Mollie was a recipient of the President's Club award. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Abilene Christian University, Mollie is also a board member for ADP's Alpharetta Chapter of the International Women's Inclusion Network (iWIN). Mollie resides in Johns Creek, Georgia with her husband and young son.
