Use this guide to get started or troubleshoot any issues you face.
Get quick, easy, 24/7 on-the-go access to vital information via your mobile device or tablet, including your most recent pay statements, time and attendance, benefit plan information, and other key HR/benefits information.
Note: When you log in, you will only see features that are available for mobile access and enabled by your company. See the full list of mobile features.
If you already have a User ID and Password for ADP Employee Self Service, ADP Resource, ADP TotalSource, ADP Vantage, ADP Workforce Now, Enterprise HR, iPayStatements, or RUN Powered by ADP to access your information on the web, you can use the same User ID and Password to log in to ADP Mobile Solutions. If you don't, please go to New User Registration to create a new User ID.
Employees outside the US, GlobalView customers, or ADP associates, please reach out to your administrator if you need help registering for or recovering a user ID or password.
Go to New User Registration. Follow the on-screen instructions to create your User ID and Password.
Problems Logging In
Please contact your company administrator if you are having problems logging in.
Forgot User ID Or Password
Go to Forgot User ID or Password to retrieve your user ID or reset your password.
What To Do if You Are Locked Out
Go to Forgot User ID or Password and follow the on-screen instructions. Once you have retrieved your User ID, you will no longer be locked out.
Location services must be enabled for location-based services.

RUN Powered by ADP® Mobile Payroll App for Payroll / HR Administrators
If you are already a RUN Powered by ADP Client, get the RUN Powered by ADP® Mobile Payroll app and then log in using the same user ID and password you use to log into the RUN Powered by ADP web application.
